Our most popular and cost effective service allows us to apply a “protective barrier” around the home in the spring, summer, fall, and winter. This preventative maintenance service is based upon that prevention costs less and protects more. This service does not include the prevention of wood- destroying insects.

Under this warranty we will provide additional service at no additional charge while it is in effect.

Bi-Monthly

Service performed every two months for control of general pests. This service does not include prevention of wood destroying insects. Treatment is effective for a period of 60 days and then needs to be re-applied with our residual chemical.
